The GV60 features a new Standard RWD base trim this year, which lowers the starting price and raises the maximum range of this EV. The starting price and max range of the 2023 GV60 was $59,290 and 248 miles; the 2024 GV60, in Standard RWD trim, begins at $52,000 and has a 294-mile range.
Our Recommendation:
The improved range and list of standard features make the base Standard RWD trim easy to recommend, as long as exciting performance or AWD aren’t priorities for you. If you like the idea of a higher-performance dual-motor powertrain with AWD, we like the Advanced trim.

The Standard RWD trim of the Genesis GV60 is the new entry-level model in the GV60 range. One electric motor mounts at the rear wheels, generating 225 hp and achieving a 294-mile range.
Standard features include 19-inch alloy wheels, a Vision Roof with a power shade, a hands-free power liftgate, leatherette seats (heated in front), aluminum interior trim, dual-zone automatic climate control, a head-up display, a wireless charging pad, and a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster.
The standard infotainment system in the GV60 has a 12.3-inch screen, navigation, SiriusXM, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
A long list of standard safety features in this luxury EV includes automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control with speed limit assist, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, driver attention warning, blind-spot monitoring, and parking sensors. You also get the Highway Driving Assist semi-autonomous driving system that safely keeps you in your lane at a safe distance from the car in front of you.
The only factory option for the GV60 Standard is premium paint ($575) for every paint color other than Alta White. Two interior color schemes are available at no cost: Obsidian Black and Ash Gray/Glacier White.

In addition to the powertrain upgrade, the Advanced trim adds 20-inch wheels, leather seating, heated and ventilated front seats, a leatherette-wrapped instrument panel, rear sunshades, active noise control, and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system. Extra safety tech features include a surround-view monitor, Remote Smart Parking Assist, a blind-spot view monitor, parking collision-avoidance assist, and advanced rear occupant alert.
