Nissan GT-R NISMO: SEMA Show - Video

If the standard Nissan GT-R isn't quite enough for you, you're in luck: Nissan is coming out with something a little wilder. They showed off the new GT-R NISMO at this year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The most important changes to the NISMO GT-R are under the hood, where the high-performance coupe boasts 595 horsepower -- up from 545 -- and 481 lb-ft of torque -- up from 463. The changes are courtesy of larger turbochargers lifted from Nissan's GT-R GT3 race car.

Beyond its engine improvements, the NISMO GT-R also boasts grippy Dunlop tires, some suspension upgrades designed for better handling and active downforce revisions designed to keep the car flat while cornering.

For drivers who find that the standard Nissan GT-R isn't quite enough of a track-day monster, we suspect that the heavily updated NISMO GT-R will do the trick.
