<p>If you’re shopping for a new car on a $30,000 budget, there are quite a few options, and one of them is even an electric vehicle. When looking for an affordable car, it's worth checking out Nissan's offerings. They offer one of the largest lineups of cars available at this price point, and the Nissan Leaf is one of the least expensive EVs on the market.</p>
