2015 PORSCHE 911 GT3 3.8L NATURALLY ASPIRATED FLAT-SIX 475 HP 9,000 RPM PDK BLACK ON BLACK HEATED SPORT SEATS 3 OWNERS NO ACCIDENTS TEXAS CAR TEXAS-BORN, TEXAS-KEPT, AND SERVICED BY THE SAME DEALER THAT ORIGINALLY SOLD IT. There are fast 911s, and then there are GT cars. This 2015 Porsche 911 GT3 represents one of the great moments in the modern 911 story the 991.1 generation, powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six producing 475 hp and capable of an extraordinary 9,000 rpm. Porsche paired it with the GT3-specific 7-speed PDK, shortened gearing and rear-wheel steering. Finished in Black over Black, this GT3 has exactly the understated specification I think suits the car. Black bodywork allows the enormous fixed rear wing, GT3 aero, center exhaust and center-lock wheels to do the talking. HIGHLIGHTED EQUIPMENT & GT3 FEATURES " 3.8L Naturally Aspirated Flat-Six " 475 HP / 9,000-RPM Redline " 7-Speed GT3 PDK " Black Exterior / Black Interior " Leather Sport Seats with Alcantara Centers " GT3 Embroidered Headrests " Heated Front Seats " Power-Adjustable Sport Seats " Alcantara GT3 Steering Wheel " PDK Shift Paddles " 20-Inch Center-Lock GT3 Wheels " Red Porsche Brake Calipers " Cross-Drilled Brake Rotors " Fixed GT3 Rear Wing " GT3 Front & Rear Aero " Central Dual Exhaust " GT3 Rear Compartment " GT3 Instrumentation " Porsche Communication Management " Bi-Xenon Headlamps THE ENGINE IS THE EVENT The 3.8-liter flat-six doesn't simply make powerit builds toward it. Stay in the throttle and it keeps climbing to an almost unbelievable 9,000 rpm. Porsche quoted 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds and a 195-mph top track speed. But numbers only explain part of it. The magic is the throttle response, the sound behind you, and the transformation as the tachometer sweeps toward 9,000. WHY I LIKE THIS GT3 I love that this one doesn't need to scream for attention. Black paint. Black cabin. Alcantara. Center-lock wheels. Red calipers. Then you notice the wing. Then the center exhaust. Then GT3 embroidered into the seats. The Alcantara steering wheel and seat centers bring motorsport character directly into the cabin, while heated, power-adjustable seats make this a GT3 you can genuinely enjoy beyond a Sunday morning drive. AN AUTHENTIC TEXAN The provenance may be my favorite part of this example. This is a 3-owner, accident-free Texas GT3 that has remained at home in Texas and has been serviced by the same dealer from which it was originally purchased. We call it homegrown. On a GT3, continuity matters. These are serious performance automobiles, and knowing where one has lived and having continuity in its service history adds meaningful confidence. WHY THE 991.1 GT3 IS DIFFERENT In today's market, I think cars like this sit in a fascinating position. The 991.1 GT3 has already experienced the depreciation that normally follows a modern performance car, yet what it offers cannot simply be recreated by the newest model a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter engine screaming to 9,000 rpm, motorsport-derived character and a relatively short 6 production era. That doesn't make any automobile literally depreciation-proof. But it gives the 991.1 GT3 many ingredients enthusiasts look for in a car capable of resisting traditional depreciation GT3 pedigree, naturally aspirated power, a 9,000-rpm redline, distinctive engineering and an increasingly analog-feeling experience compared with newer performance cars. Well-kept 2015 GT3s remain firmly six-figure automobiles more than a decade after they were built. MY TAKE This is where modern performance and future-classic appeal meet. A proper GT Porsche. Naturally aspirated. 9,000 rpm. Beautifully understated. Accident-free. And an authentic Texas car with remarkable continuity of history. This is the kind of car I would rather own than simply watch appreciate from a distance. THE PADDOCK COLLECTION - Trade-ins welcome. Financing and nationwide shipping assistance available.
