How Much Does a 2022 Volvo S60 Cost?
The 2021 Volvo S60 comes in three main trims: Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription. These come with T5, T6 or T8 drivetrains. The
Momentum T5 ($37,750) has 18-in alloy wheels, LED headlights with automatic high beams, LED daytime running and fog lights, lights, retractable and auto-dimming side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, a panoramic moonroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, simulated leather upholstery, power-adjustable front seats with memory settings, keyless entry with power trunk lid, a cabin air quality system, a leather-wrapped tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, a leather-wrapped gearshift knob, selectable driving modes, hill start assist, a self-dimming rearview mirror, dual rear-seat USB-c ports, City Safety with Steering Support (
forward-collision warning with pedestrian/cyclist/large animal detection), road sign information, blind-spot monitoring remote services, lane-keeping assist, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, voice control, a USB port, Bluetooth phone/audio, vertical touchscreen with
Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, HD/satellite radio, and a 10-speaker/220-watt audio setup. The
Momentum T6 ($42,250) adds the 316-hp engine, AWD, and heated front seats. New for 2021 is the
Recharge R-Design Expression ($48,295), which has the T8 plug-in hybrid powertrain but most of the features of the Momentum trims. The
R-Design T5 ($42,595) receives various cosmetic alterations, keyless entry/ignition, hands-free trunk lid operation, real leather upholstery, sport front seats, navigation with real-time traffic updates, steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, blind-spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert, rear collision mitigation, front/rear parking sensors, a driver-side knee airbag and a 13-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. The
R-Design T6 ($48,645) brings the T6-related features listed above. The
R-Design T8 ($51,295) adds the plug-in hybrid powertrain. It also includes a feature that is optional on other models but highly recommended: Volvo’s Pilot Assist, a partially autonomous driving with
adaptive cruise control that works really well. Also on board are 360-degree camera system and heads-up display. The
Inscription T5 ($42,595) has its own cosmetic treatment inside and out, including driftwood trim accents and a leather-covered dashboard and gearshift knob. This version doesn’t supply the extra driver aids like other models, but it does have navigation and the Harman Kardon audio system. The
Inscription T6 ($48,645) adds the other T6-type features. The
Inscription T8 ($51,295) follows the Recharge T8 formula. Many standard features in the higher-spec models are available as options further down the order. Other extras include an adaptive suspension, sport suspension (R-Design), a heated steering wheel (R-Design and up), heated rear seats (Inscription), and a Bowers & Wilkins 1,100-watt/15-speaker audio system (R-Design and up). The trunk space of 11.6 cu ft. is about the smallest there is in this class.
