2024 Acura RDX: $44,050
The base Acura RDX is very well-equipped. Like every RDX, it’s powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine with 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels via a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features in the RDX include a panoramic sunroof, Jewel Eye LED headlights, power-folding mirrors, leatherette seats, heated and power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient interior lighting, brushed aluminum interior trim, and a wireless charging pad.
The standard infotainment system is controlled with a 10.2-inch touchscreen. Features include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, HD Radio, SiriusXM, and a 9-speaker audio system.
The standard AcuraWatch safety tech suite bundles driver assistance features like automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, automatic high beams, and traffic sign recognition.
As is typical for an Acura, there are almost no factory options beyond what comes with each respective trim. The only factory option for the base trim is premium paint ($600).

The Technology trim unlocks a paint option you can’t get on the base model: Phantom Violet. Like the rest of the premium paint options, it costs an extra $600.

You can’t get the A-Spec with Fathom Blue or Phantom Violet paint, but it is available in Apex Blue ($600), one of our favorite colors.

You also get a couple of additional safety features: a surround-view camera and rain-sensing wipers.
The RDX Advance has the same palette of paint options as the Technology trim, with premium paint offerings for $600.
