2024 Honda Civic LX Sedan: $23,950
The entry-level LX is basic transportation with little in the way of frills but all the equipment required to be comfortable and safe.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, good for 158 hp. It’s paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), hill-start assist, and an idle start/stop system for improved fuel economy.
The LX comes standard with the Honda Sensing suite of driver assists. The bundle includes forward collision warning with emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, and traffic sign recognition.
Also included are auto high-beam headlights and traffic jam assist, which help keep the Civic in its lane when traveling at speeds below 45 mph, such as driving in heavy stop-and-go traffic.
Additional safety features include a rearview monitor, a tire pressure monitor, front knee airbags, rear-seat side-impact airbags, and a rear seat reminder that prompts the driver to check the back seat before exiting the vehicle.
