What Is It?

Nissan is so excited about the approaching 50th anniversary of its Z car, it's jumping the gun by introducing the 2018 Nissan 370Z Heritage Edition in its honor. The Z won't hit its Golden anniversary for another couple of years, but there's no time like the present to begin the celebration.

There's no change in what's happening under the hood. Get-up-and-go will come from the Z's standard 332 horsepower 3.7-liter V6. Hustling engine output to the rear wheels will either be a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed automatic transmission. The automatic transmission will come with Downshift Rev Matching.

To be offered on the best-selling base coupe version, the Heritage Edition incorporates some updates planned for the 2018 Z, like new front/rear light treatments, smoke-chrome door handles and a new EXEDY high-performance clutch on models with the manual transmission. You will be able to get the Nissan 370Z Heritage Edition in any color as long as it's Chicane Yellow or Magnetic Black. Chicane Yellow cars will get black outboard mirrors, gloss-black graphics and yellow interior trim. Cars in Magnetic Black will get gloss-silver graphics and the yellow trim inside.

The idea behind the Heritage Edition isn't only to start some buzz about the Z's upcoming birthday, but to also provide drivers with the sense of customizing their Z with very little effort.

 How Much?

To be announced. Starting price of the base 2017 370Z is $30,855.

 When Can You Get It?

Late spring 2017.

Add It to Your Shopping List Because....

No matter which version of this performance coupe you choose, it delivers an exciting experience behind the wheel in an every-day driver. The 2018 Nissan 370Z Heritage Edition gussies things up a bit, providing a Z that will set you apart.
