The Evo VIII is the first Lancer Evolution model to go on sale in the United States. The turbocharged 2.0-liter engine makes shy of 300 horsepower and torque and transfers the power to the ground using AWD. The Evo VIII is at home no matter the road surface and can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in 5 seconds when driving on the road or track. All Evo VIII models receive a limited-slip differential and an active center differential to maximize handling.
