Sad Truck options in this feature.
I am waiting for the truly greedy automaker that figures out manufacturing simple Trucks with parts that last, offered at a reasonable cost will truly be “disruptive innovation “ and they’ll corner the market !
Ford, Gmc, Nissan, Toyota etc etc have
ruined their own markets with overpriced,
over engineered garbage vehicles.
Their “Built-in obsolescence” is making it easy to push them out if existence. Unfortunately more jobs lost due to poor management decisions.
That’s no lie even with me working like a dog and being told my 790 credit would not help in getting a truck at 30,000$ I would be paying 60,000w/interest
New trucks are only for the wealthy now.
Everything said here is true
Nelson, my friend complained about 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz weak front bumper and overall plastic outer shell. I LOVED my 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL. Most useful Truck and I did have few Odysseys. I Loved my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 with 35s tires. Most joy. Yes the 35 Toyos are my personal choice. But Hyundai Santa Cruz, I may understand why. Besides a weak front bumper on the Ridgeline and a weird sound console, the HONDA Ridgeline is a REPEAT BUY.
Thanks for the article. I enjoy reading it.
I feel like trucks/cars built after 2021 are absolute crap. I purposely purchased a used 2021 Tundra Crewmax w/ 40k miles because I did not want the turbo 6cyl and 21’ is the last year of the 5.7V8. These engines last 400k miles and my son who works at a Toyota dealership had warned me that the 2022 & above are in for service often. I notice in this article the only Toyota mentioned is the Tacoma and I believe that was because of the unfavorable reliability.
