Are there a few things you wish you could change about your car, but don't know who to tell? What about things you really like and want to recommend to others? Well, if you've driven a Suzuki vehicle there's finally a place to share your thoughts with the people at Suzuki and other consumers.
Suzuki just launched a new program on its Facebook page that allows users to rate its cars.
"We believe this kind of interactive tool will engage our fans on a whole new level," said Jeff Holland, director of public relations and social media at Suzuki. "It is an easy way for our customers to tell us what they like about our vehicles, as well as provide information on how we can potentially improve our products."
So far, the Suzuki fans have obliged. Facebook users have chimed in with multiple new ideas on how to improve Suzuki cars. One common request was for more power in the 185 horsepower Kizashi sedan. One user asked for a turbocharged Kizashi with all wheel drive.
Another user posted up that she loves her SX4 sedan, but only gave it four stars because she wished the car came with a sunroof.
One thing that stands out about owner written car reviews is the unique perspective each person brings based on their own experiences. For example, Mike Trexler gave his Suzuki SX4 top marks for getting great gas mileage and fitting his surfboard on the roof.
So far the page is filled with comments from owners who rave about their Suzuki vehicles. The lowest rating a Suzuki car has received so far is four out of five stars.
There aren't many reviews yet, so if you've driven a Suzuki, log on and share your thoughts.
