Autotrader Find: 2004 Lamborghini Murcielago With 75,000 Miles

Pictured above is the cheapest Lamborghini Murcielago on Autotrader. What you see here is a 2004 Murcielago finished in a typical-Lamborghini-attention-grabbing bright orange color, priced at just $105,595. That’s an excellent deal for a Murcielago, as some models are trading hands for twice that — though most seem to be in the $150,000 range. That one’s obvious: the miles. This 2004 Murcielago has covered nearly 76,000 miles since new, which is a truly massive number for a Lamborghini — both because these are a bit of a pain to drive frequently, and because it’s not exactly easy to maintain and repair a Lamborghini over 76,000 miles. In this case, the Carfax report indicates this Murcielago has had four owners, all in the Atlanta area, but the mile-adding culprit is clear: With one owner from 2006 to 2009, it went from 4,966 miles to 60,434 miles — and it was titled as a "lease" vehicle. I suspect that means it may have been a rental vehicle.

Either way, this Murcielago is now for sale at Black Label Auto Firm in Riverside, California, not far from Los Angeles, and it looks like it’s in decent shape: The interior isn’t too worn, and the exterior seems reasonably nice; the Carfax report doesn’t show any reported accidents. The only thing I’d change would be the orange wheels, as I happened to love the factory wheels on the early Murcielago models — but the car probably has substantial appeal wearing the color-matched wheels it has now.

Regardless of wheel preference, this Murcielago can be the Lamborghini of choice for people looking for a good deal. Assuming they know exactly what they’re getting into. Find a 2004 Lamborghini Murcielago for sale
