5 Boring Old Cars with Ridiculously Low Mileage for Sale on Autotrader

Generally, boring old cars come with high mileage, while those with low mileage tend to be rare, special, and valuable. But sometimes, for whatever reason, a boring old car will wind up with very low miles. Here are five boring old cars with very low mileage listed for sale on Autotrader.

1. 2004 Ford Focus – 17,850 Miles

2004 Ford Focus Profile in White

The Focus is a compact car sold new in the United States by Ford from 1999 through 2018 model years. Small and efficient, Ford sold the Focus in coupe, sedan, and wagon body styles over its three generations on the market. Aside from performance-oriented ST and RS models offered during the latter years of US sales, there was never too much to get excited about when it came to the Focus in the US. That’s in part the reason it’s so funny to find a 2004 example with just 17,850 miles on the odometer and an asking price of $6,900. A private seller offers it in Clayton, NC. See Ford Focus models for sale

2. 2004 Honda Civic VP – 21,666 Miles

2004 Honda Civic Front Right in White

We don’t need to introduce the Civic. Honda’s compact sedan is a household name, sold over 11 different generations. This low mileage Civic is a 2004 model hailing from the car’s seventh generation (2001 through 2005 model years). A basic sedan, it’s a ‘VP’ trim, which I had to look up. This stands for “Value Package.” It added to the base DX trim several high-value features that customers tend to want. This particular Value Package Civic comes with just 21,666 miles on the odometer and an asking price of $9,995. See Honda Civic models for sale

3. 2004 Nissan Sentra – 21,574 Miles

2004 Nissan Sentra S Front Right in Silver

Kicking things off is a barely-used 2004 Nissan Sentra. Nissan’s compact sedan has been sold now over eight generations. This one hails from the fourth, offered from the 2000 through 2006 model years here in the US. It’s a basic S model, though it comes with air conditioning, power locks, and windows. With an asking price of $4,900, this 17-year-old Nissan Sentra should appeal to someone looking for a basic, affordable used car with an extreme aversion to wear and tear. After all, the seats in this one look brand new. See the Nissan Sentra models for sale

4. 2006 Toyota Solara SLE – 24,593 Miles

2006 Solara Front Left in Beige

The Toyota Camry Solara was introduced for the 1999 model year as a svelte, two-door take on the 4-door Camry sedan. It was sold in first-generation form from 1999 through 2003, while its second-generation was offered from 2004 through 2008. Both coupe and convertible versions were offered, neither of which really gave buyers a whole lot to get excited about, just like the 4-door Camry on which it was based. The Solara we have here is a 2006 model hailing from the vehicle’s second generation. A convertible with just under 25,000 miles on the odometer, this low mileage Toyota Solara carries a steep asking price of $21,777. See Toyota Solar models for sale

5. 2000 Volkswagen Beetle GLX – 27,000 Miles

2000 Volkswagen Beetle GLX Front Right in Yellow

The Volkswagen Beetle made its spiritual return as the quirky “New Beetle” for the 1998 model year. Essentially a re-bodied Golf, the New Beetle traded its rear-wheel drive, rear-engine design for a more conventional front-engine, front-wheel-drive architecture. The Beetle listed here is supposedly owned by a Volkswagen collector, according to the listing body. Under the hood, you’ll find a 1.8-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine mated to an automatic transmission. With just 27,000 miles on the odometer, it’s not a bad deal at $6,950. See Volkswagen Beetle models for sale
