How’s the fuel economy in the new Camry?

AutoTrader: The Camry L and LE come with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine. That engine is rated at 25 miles per gallon in the city and 35 on the highway. Opt for the V6 engine in the SE or XLE, and fuel economy drops to 21 mpg city and 30 highway.

But if you’re really interested in using as little fuel as possible, get the Hybrid LE. It achieves a remarkable 43 mpg in city driving and 39 on the highway, and should get around 41 mpg in combined city and highway driving.
